Returns

Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning any merchandise. To request an RMA, email gpbstore@pc-promotions.com with the order number, item being returned and reason for the return. Once received, the RMA number must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel, and the RMA document must be included in the box with the merchandise.

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returner. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on custom printed apparel. Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item unless the merchandise is materially flawed, or defective. Additionally, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have questions about how a garment may fit, or want to purchase a sample product, please email gpbstore@pc-promotions.com. We have done our best to include a sizing chart for apparel items in the product details.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at gpbstore@pc-promotions.com  within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and request an RMA number.

Items in the “while supplies last” category are final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

Closeout/Clearance

All Closeout/Clearance item sales are final.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been subjected to excessive/unusual wear (cuts, burns, chemical or acid burns, etc), mistreatment or poor fit if worn and soiled. Please note, if your return is denied due to the above rules, you will be notified by email with the reason for denial and have the option of having your product returned to you or purchasing a new item.
